Mental Health After Quarentine.

Updated: Apr 10, 2021

Hi, guys hope you all are doing well, is finally the end of quarantine for most and nearly for others. It has been and still really difficult times. As a consequence of that many is struggling with anxiety, lack of self-esteem, lack of motivation, depression, stress and others.

What used to be your normal life, now seems very much like something completely out of normal, it seems extra hard and a real challenge. The thought of going back to your daily life and activities makes you anxious and give you stress.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE. You are feeling overwhelmed, drained, anxious, tired, unprepared and it's ok, PLEASE don't put yourself down or blame yourself for feeling this way. You gonna get through this!

I want you to try these 5 steps to help you go through this.

Acknowledge it. When you realize and accept that something is not well, that is already a big step for change.

Journal - Journaling is prime, you'll feel so much better after and while doing that you'll not want to stop. You don't have to worry about how and if the person will understand you, in the way you desire. Plus you won't have to choose the right words to express yourself. Journaling gives you the freedom to express yourself however you like.

Daily meditation and positive affirmations = Speak positivity into yourself by practising positive daily affirmations. Take how long as you wish to relax your body, your mind and avoid things that drain and exhaust you. Spend time with yourself and enjoy your company. You can download meditation apps and positive daily quotes apps too. Myself as a Christian, I have a bible app instead, but you do and use whatever works better for you.

Take day by day = focus on each day as they come. Don't stress about tomorrow, plan your day, set daily targets and focus on that only and let tomorrow be tomorrow. Don't stress, avoid overthinking and stress at any cost.

Interact with the world = talk to positive and true friends and family only. Call, text, go for a walk, put on your best music and dance to it. Interact with your interests, interact with what makes you happy and that puts your mood up there.

Do these things gradually, take your time, focus on you and you only, take care of yourself and don't allow challenges as this to end you but to be the process for a better end.

Inner Peace Is Everything. Is Most Valuable Than Anything Else, so Don't Give That Up.

Guys if you are not particularly going through this, but knows somebody that is, please share and be there for them. Also if you are in more critical condition please contact a professionalist.
